At M., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the original items in their secure packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
